Beginning their journey as a carer, they progressed into leadership roles across a range of care settings, gaining a well-rounded understanding of care delivery — including support for individuals with complex needs and end-of-life care.
Having also supported a close family member through end-of-life care, our leadership understands care from both professional and personal perspectives — a foundation that shapes our empathetic, responsive, and person-centred approach.
