Are you regulated?
Yes. Forever Care Agency is a regulated care provider and registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We follow all required standards to ensure safe, effective and person-centred care.
We provide care services within London and other surrounding areas. Please contact us to confirm availability in your location.
Yes. We support individuals funded through NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and work under the Any Qualified Provider (AQP) framework where applicable.
Yes. All staff receive mandatory training including safeguarding, medication administration, moving and handling, infection control and person-centred care.
Yes. All staff undergo enhanced DBS checks and safer recruitment screening before working with clients.

Getting Started

In many cases we can start care within 24–72 hours depending on availability and care requirements.
Yes. Every client receives an individual care plan tailored to their needs, preferences and routines. This is reviewed every 6months as standard but can be reviewed earlier if there are any changes to care needs.
Yes. We aim to match carers based on preferences including gender, experience and personality.
Yes. Care packages are flexible and can be adjusted as needs change.

Yes. We provide 24-hour live-in care support for individuals wishing to remain in their own home.
Yes. We offer sleeping night and waking night services.

Yes. We support individuals with a range of needs including mobility support, dementia care and long-term conditions.

Visits & Scheduling

We offer morning, afternoon, evening and overnight visits depending on individual requirements.

Typical visit windows:

  • Morning: 7am – 11am
  • Lunch: 11:30am – 2pm
  • Tea: 3pm – 6pm
  • Bedtime: 7pm – 10pm

Yes. Most services have a minimum visit duration of 30minutes. Sitting services may require a minimum of 3 hours.

Yes. Care is available 7 days per week including weekends and bank holidays.

Fees & Payment

Costs depend on the level of support required. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

Yes. Enhanced rates apply on bank holidays. Double rates apply on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Invoices are typically issued weekly or monthly depending on your agreement.

We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods.

Safety & Quality

We monitor quality through regular supervision, spot checks and feedback from clients and families.

We aim to provide consistency wherever possible to ensure continuity of care.

We will arrange a suitably trained replacement carer and let you know in advance where possible.

We have a clear complaints procedure and encourage feedback so we can improve our services.

Changes & Cancellation

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel scheduled visits. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur charges.

Yes. We usually require written notice as outlined in our terms and conditions.
