Medication Records and Technology
Our carers use a secure digital care system on their phones, which provides access to up-to-date care information, including Medication Administration Records (MAR charts). Where medication administration is part of the agreed care plan, this system supports carers to:
- follow prescribed instructions accurately
- record administration in real time
- maintain clear and accurate MAR records
- ensure safe and consistent medication support
All medication support is provided in line with training, care plans, and safe working procedures.
